Pilates with Anna
Anna has studied Pilates with Balanced Body (the largest Pilates organisation in the world). She was introduced to Pilates by a physiotherapist after having a knee and hip injury. After experiencing the benefits first hand not just to the injury, but also for posture, strength and alignment she was hooked and went on to train.
Anna believes Pilates is a highly versatile technique that has wonderful benefits for everybody whatever their physical abilities or their goals may be. She is passionate about teaching and has a genuine enthusiasm for sharing the benefits of Pilates with other people. Her classes are fun and challenging.
